My name is Dave Jagosh and I am proud to have spent the last 20 years providing the people of Pierce, King and Thurston Counties with high-quality home and commercial property inspections.

With every inspection I do, my goal is to arm you with knowledge about your property. From the roof to the crawlspace, and everywhere in between, I’ll do my best to educate you on how various systems in your property are working. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, I encourage you to be present during the inspection. I will answer any questions you have, either during the inspection or at any time after it has been completed.

I understand that buying a home is one of the biggest investments of your life and that can cause a lot of stress. Selling a home can be just as stressful. That’s why I pride myself on doing everything I can to make customers feel cared for and well-informed. I’ll present my findings to you in a non-alarmist, straightforward manner that helps take the mystery and fear out of the process so that you can make a calm and confident decision.

When an inspection is complete, I’ll provide you with a detailed computer report that same day that notes defects and any corrective resolutions recommended. The report is easy to understand, well-supported with expandable high-resolution photos, and includes a Create Request List link that allows you and your agent to make a condensed list of the inspection findings that need to be addressed that can be attached to the repair addendum. It’s a great tool for smooth communication and for keeping your transaction on schedule.

I am a licensed home inspector with the State of Washington and a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and every inspection I do meets the Standards of Practice published by both of these organizations.
